The Letter (Prt.7)

Dear Nadia,


You lay infront of me kicking and screaming as your mom cradles you back and forth. By far you are the most beautiful thing that I have ever seen. I promise you, and I have taken a vow before God, that I will give you everything, and let you live the best life any girl would die for. I'll have you spoiled rotten, and I wont give a damn of what others say.



The best education, the best clothes, the best life, is what you'll have.



Your my only girl and you'll forever be daddy's little girl.



If anyone dares to have you shed a tear I will assure you right now that they will be crippled that very second!





Im looking forward to the upcoming months, to see you take your first steps, say your first words, and watch your first tooth come out. Thats not where its going to stop, I want to see the day your in your white dress, sitting up in the kosha as everyone envies how beautiful you are. I want to see that pearly smile shinning day & night.



I will be by yourside forever. No matter if its pyhsically or just by heart.



If you turn to be scared of the dark like your mother, I will stay up by yourside till you fall asleep.



If you get a fever, I will stay up all night and day by your side till your feeling more than better.



When you feel like your world is crashing down, I will pull you up, and assure you things will be much better.

There are two people that occupy my heart

The other is to your mother.



My life is in God's hands, so I dont know what will happen.



But this is the only promise I want from you, if anything does happen to me, I dont want you to shed a tear. Not a single one. Actually, you wouldnt be reading this until something has seperated us physically, so wipe these tears now. And thats a demand from your daddy.

I designed that necklace myself, and I hope you like it. It was going to be a gift for your 18th birthday, but if I dont make it to then, I want you to have it earlier.



Whenever you feel alone or lost, it will help you remember that I will ALWAYS be there for you no matter what.



You'll also notice the blue box, its for your mom. Let her read the engraving inside.

Dont let anything stay in the way of your path, And I am sure that I will raise you to be a strong young woman, because I wont let anything get in my path to do so.



Put yourself infront of everybody else. And that is not being selfish, its taking care of yourself.



If anything does happen to me, please Nadia, stay close to your mom. She is your world, she is your everything. She will guide you to a brighter future if Im not there, for she has given you life.
